| The Gosport Buzz Review | |||
We live locally and visit Gunwharf Quays many times throughout the year for shopping, exploring and family occasions and also as we pass by for a lovely long walk to Southsea. I personally love it and think it has contributed a great deal to the local area with a good range of outlet stores and many cafes, bars and restaurants to choose from if you want to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Entertainment opportunities are varied with a four screen cinema, bowling, comedy club, nightclub and casino. The range of restaurants offer something for everyone and with great views too! If you love seafood, visit the Loch Fyne which is very good and The Old Customs House pub offers a welcomed break after a hard day's shopping and walking with comfy leather sofas and some good ales and ciders on hand. If you like walking and exploring, go further afield from Gunwharf as Old Portsmouth and Southsea have some lovely features on offer and are worth a look. You can also walk to the shopping centres at Southsea and Portsmouth if you want a stretch or just catch a local bus which will take you there. To sum it up... well worth a visit!
