Our Review

We live locally and visit Gunwharf many times throughout the year for shopping, exploring and family occasions.

I love it and think it has contributed a great deal to the local area, offering something for everyone and there are some great restaurants there too. If you love seafood, visit the Loch Fyne which is great and The Old Customs House pub offers a welcomed break after a hard day's shopping and walking with comfy leather sofas and some good ales and ciders on hand too.

The complex offers a good range of shops that cater for everyone and you can generally pick up a bargain or two and there are many cafes, bars and restaurants to choose from if you want to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Entertainment opportunities are varied with a four screen cinema, bowling, comedy club, nightclub and casino.

If you like walking and exploring, go further afield from Gunwharf. Old Portsmouth and Southsea have some lovely features on offer and are worth a look and you can also walk to the shopping centres at Southsea and Portsmouth if you want a stretch or just catch a local bus which will take you there.
