'Customer' means the party placing the advertisement
and responsible for payment. 'We", "our" or "us" means
Gosport Buzz.
All requests placed for listings
on www.gosportbuzz.co.uk are subject to the
following conditions:
1. We reserve the right to refuse, amend, withdraw or otherwise
handle any information submitted for publication at our absolute
discretion.
2. We will not list businesses of an adult nature or
anything that may offend.
3. The information
provided by the Customer for publication must not contravene
any Act of Parliament or be in any
way illegal, defamatory or an infringement
of the rights of any other party nor of the British Code
of Advertising Practice. The Customer confirms that
copyright, wherever appropriate, is vested in the Customer.
4. We will be indemnified by the Customer indefinitely against
any damage and / or expense which we may incur as a consequence,
whether direct or indirect, of the publication of the information
provided by the Customer.
5. The Customer must settle the
invoice in full within 7 days of its date of issue.
6. The Customer can cancel an advertisment at any time.
However, advertising fees, which also cover design and build
of the Customer's
advertisement, will not be refunded
in the event of a
cancelled
contract by the Customer within the advertising period.
7. Information is accepted for publication on the understanding
that any and all descriptions relating to the goods and /
or services and to the Customer are true and accurate.
8. Gosport Buzz take every care to avoid mistakes, but
cannot accept liability for any errors or omissions in the
information
published. It is the responsibility of the Customer to check
the accuracy of the information published and advise us of
any
errors.
9. All copy, graphics and photographs must
be supplied in the required format. Information for
publication must be supplied
by completing the form provided on the Internet and by email.
Pictures must be provided
in electronic format (either .tif, .jpg or .gif).
We reserve the right not to publish the information if it
is not supplied in the
correct format or if poor quality images are supplied.
10. We cannot be held responsible for changes in the dates
of updates to the information. We will endeavour to undertake
updates on a daily basis within the working week (Monday
to Friday), but we reserve
the right to change this arrangement as and when necessary.
11. We reserve the right to modify the wording of any classification
or category in the product sections of the directory.
12. These conditions and the contract between ourselves
and the Customer are governed in accordance with the Laws
of England & Wales.
Clients must ensure that all textual content and contact
information, logos, images and photos supplied for their
listing are kept up
to date
with
any company changes.
It is the client's responsiblity to inform us of any changes.
All rights including copyright within
the Gosport Buzz website and its contents
are owned by or licensed
to Prickly Pear Design.
You undertake not to copy,
store in any medium (including in any other website), distribute,
transmit, re-transmit, broadcast, modify, or show in public
any part of the gosportbuzz.co.uk website without the
prior written permission from Prickly Pear Design.
