"Since starting personal training sessions with Kelly, I have cursed, moaned, whinged, bitched and even cried and yet Kelly has remained steadfast throughout. The service she offers is challenging, motivational and above all consistent. She will not let you off the hook and yet she does not bellow like a sergeant major. In my opinion, 3 sessions with Kelly per week are worth more than 4 sessions on your own in a gym. So if you want to get fit, increase your stamina or gain more strength, Kelly will undoubtedly assist you to reach your goals."

"I started Bodyblast Bootcamp 6 weeks ago, nervous and apprehensive not knowing what to expect or how I would feel. I have not done any physical exercise for 10 years and my weight soon caught up with me, I was a size 38" - 40" waist and weighed 97.5 - 98kg (15st 4lb).
I did a fitness test at the beginning which comprised of a mile run which I completed in 8mins 35sec, press ups in 1 minute which I achieved 18, sit ups in a minute which I achieved 52 and squats again in 1 minute which again I achieved 52.
4 weeks later I did the same fitness test only this time with marked improvements, I knocked 1min 5sec off my mile run (7mins 30sec) completed 45 press ups (up by 27) in a minute and also increased both sit ups and squats by 5 each to 57 in a minute.
My weight has dropped to 94.5/95kg (14st 10lb), so far i've lost 3kg/7lb and I'm now in an easy 38" waist and dropped a belt hole size. All this has been gained by following the advice and fact sheets given out each week by the instructor and by having that 1 on 1 feeling of knowing, that for every problem you think you've got your instructor has an answer for you to try and get realistic results for your satisfaction.
What's more it's fun, it's in the fresh air and above all you make new friends. I've had a great time and have extended my time with Bodyblast Bootcamp and intend on doing so until I reach my own goals.
The only thing I have left to say is go for it, work at it and most of all stick with it and enjoy it."
